I've taken several private yoga classes from Iris where I felt very comfortable and connected with her (which I think is very important). Since I am a begginner and had back problems, she designed the classes in such a way that focused on flexibility and core exercises and the ones to strengthen the muscles around my back. The fact that the classes are personalized makes it very engaging and fun. Loved the meditation part in the end as well. Looking forward for our next classes together!
